Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Bought an item in USA. Broke immediately on return to UK. Milk suggested returning to LA. I live in UK! Wouldn’t post a replacement. Apparently, not able to post from USA to UK.

Milk Makeup is also another Sephora stock brand, and they have the most amazing foundation sticks. I normally prefer powder contour and blush, but I actually like it more than the one I usually use

Not only is their makeup over priced, it's not very good quality. Ive never been more disappointed in so many products by one company.
